Networkers
Throughout Victoria there are over 400 trained volunteer Networkers
covering all Melbourne courts and locations across the state and approximately 20 in Brisbane.
Our Networkers come from a diverse range of backgrounds, but all
share a common goal - helping the individual and his/her family
on their day in court.
Training
Court Network volunteers are provided with extensive training as
part of their induction into becoming a Networker.
To ensure their skills remain up to date and enable them to deal
with changes to policy and improvement in the court environment,
regular training is held. These monthly professional development
sessions attract leading legal, paralegal and social justice speakers.
Networkers' 2008 Professional Development Program
All sessions are held at the Court Network Head Office, Ground Floor, 565 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
